About the song, Madison says: “wish i knew u” was inspired by a diary entry I wrote when I was 10 years old. It was a manifestation letter about my future love. I always bring my younger self’s Diary with me on my travels. At the time I was writing and recording in Venice Beach and I had a hypnotic experience with a healer where I met my future soulmate in a vision. That night I read my younger self’s wish for love and the next day took the Diary to the studio where ‘wish I knew u’ was born. It is an extremely special song to me. The song is more so a channeling of my future.”
